1993 marked the 40th Anniversary
for the Corvette, for such a special occasion, Chevrolet offered
option number "RPO Z25", the Anniversary Package.
It was available only with a ruby exterior and interior, due
to the fact that the 40th Anniversary stone is a
"ruby". Special 40th Anniversary badges were placed
on the car, as well as color keyed wheel centers, and embroidery
on the headrests. A total of 6,749 cars came equipped with the
Anniversary Package.
